Please note: all guests will check-in on Main Street in the Family Life Center

7:15 am – Veteran’s Breakfast in MS Gym (Veterans and their spouses are invited to attend)

7:45 – 8:15 am – 5th-8th Grade Grandparent Check-In on Main Street

Please go to the color coded area/tables for the youngest student’s grade

5th (blue) & 6th (red) Grade students will join their guests in the FLC Gym

7th & 8th Grade students will join their guests in the MS Gym

8:15 – 8:45 am – 5th-8th Reception in FLC & MS gyms

Take photos and enjoy donuts with your students

9:00 – 10:00 am – 5th-8th Grade Program with Veteran’s Salute – Sanctuary

9:15 – 9:45 am – K-4th Grade Grandparent Check-In on Main Street

If guests have already checked in for 5-8, there is no need to check-in again. Please go to the color coded area/tables for the youngest student’s grade; if guests are in the 5-8 Program in the sanctuary, they will proceed back to the FLC or MS Gym at the conclusion of that program to join the younger students at 10am.

10:00 – 10:30 am – K-4th Reception in FLC & MS gyms

K (navy) & 1st (bleachers) Grade students will join their guests in the MS Gym

2nd (white), 3rd (blue), 4th (red) Grade students will join their guests in the FLC Gym

10:45 – 11:45 am – K-4th Grade Program with Veteran’s Salute – Sanctuary

11:45 am – if a student is staying at school, they will return to their teacher after the program for Noon Dismissal. Students leaving with grandparents are dismissed.

12:00 pm – Noon Dismissal, Cabbage St carline is the only carline open.

Our 2026 Trinity Klein Gala is blasting off into an unforgettable evening Space Cowboy style! Saddle up for a fun, out-of-this-world night as we celebrate our amazing students and the bright future ahead. This event is a cornerstone of our fundraising efforts, helping us keep tuition accessible while providing academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.

Support from businesses and individuals like you is vital to making this evening a success! This year, our fundraising mission includes providing teachers with resources to enrich their classrooms, enhancing curriculum, and adding an additional transport van to support our growing student community.

We invite you to partner with us on this cosmic journey. Whether through sponsorship, in-kind support, or attendance, your contribution will help propel Trinity Klein students to reach for the stars!

There are two ways to partner with us.

• Sponsorship-We have several sponsorship opportunities. Some sponsorship levels include tables. You can also place an ad in our auction booklet.
• Donate to the Silent or Live Auction-Trinity Klein does not purchase or use consignment items in our auction. This allows all funds raised to go directly to our students. Any item or experience donated to the auction has a direct impact!

For over 150 years, Trinity Klein has stood as a cornerstone of Christian education in our community. What began in 1874 as a small school in the heart of Klein, Texas, has grown into a thriving ministry serving more than 760 students from Early Childhood through 8th Grade. 

As we look ahead, we do so with a renewed vision: to be a student-first community of learners, a place where academic excellence and spiritual growth go hand in hand.

This year’s goal is to raise $125,000 to support initiatives aligned with our Strategic Giving Priorities:

Improving Student Experiences and Offerings: Enhancing academic programs, fine arts, athletics, and technology integration to ensure students are challenged, inspired, and supported.

Providing a Safe and Secure Learning Environment: Investing in campus safety infrastructure and building a culture of care and trust that allows every child to learn with confidence.

Responding to the Growing Demand for Christian Education: Expanding access through financial aid, facility growth, and programs that meet the needs of our growing Northwest Houston community.

Your gift to the Annual Fund directly supports teacher resources, student enrichment, campus improvements, scholarships, and community events that make Trinity Klein such a special place to learn and grow.
