All students who participate in our athletic program at Trinity must have completed the Athletic Participation Form (which includes a Physical exam), This form is not available for download and must be picked up from either the rack of papers outside the teacher workroom, or the table outside of Mr. Frerking’s office in the FLC Gym.

Each student participating in Trinity’s athletics program will also have to take the ImPact Concussion Management Baseline Test.  There is no charge for the ImPact test.

2025 Football schedule is coming soon!

Fall football season for boys in grades 6 through 8 will begin on Sunday afternoon, Aug 3, where we’ll meet and issue equipment. Practice starts on Monday, August 4 at 6 PM. We will practice from 6 PM to 8 PM the week of August 4 – 7.
